До согласования (в устной или письменной форме) любых аспектов предполагаемой сделки с потенциальным участником Совместной маркетинговой программы Оргкомитета «Сочи-2014» последний обязан представить в МОК через Олимпийский маркетинговый Экстранет-портал (либо иным способом по требованию МОК) предварительное соглашение о сделке на письменное утверждение в заданном МОК формате.

Before agreeing (either orally or in writing) to any aspect of a proposed deal with a potential Sochi 2014 joint marketing program participant, Sochi 2014 shall provide to the IOC via the Olympic Marketing Extranet (or in such other manner as required by the IOC) a term sheet of the deal in the format as required by the IOC for the IOC’s prior written approval.
